Andy Freeman
Principal & Founder
Andy Freeman is an experienced sales professional, real estate investor, and the Principal and founder of Enjoy Capital Group. Enjoy Capital is an emerging private equity investment group with a growing portfolio of mobile home parks. Prior to launching Enjoy Capital, Andy was a top-level sales associate for Toyota, finishing in the top twelve out of 18,000+ sales associates in 2017. His sales background has allowed him to be highly effective in pursuing off-market mobile home parks by building strong rapport with sellers and consistently following up until they are ready to sell. Andy worked as VP of Acquisitions for Third IV Properties from 2020 to 2022, helping to facilitate the purchase of 10 mobile home parks in the Midwest, and actively participated as a member of the general partnership to help operate, enhance, and add value to these parks.
Niki Lin
Principal & Partner
Niki Lin began investing in real estate in 2017, starting with single family rentals in Southern California, and then transitioning to multifamily in 2020. Her expertise is in accounting and finance, and her attention to detail is what separates her from the rest. Niki worked as a Finance Manager for Toyota for half a decade prior to joining Third IV Properties as a Staff Accountant in early 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Niki performed the daily accounting functions for a portfolio of 20+ mobile home parks. She is in expert in Rent Manager software and has attended out of state Rent Manager conferences to further advance her education. Niki is trilingual (Mandarin, Shanghainese, English) and assists with investor relations.
